For one of our clients, a public hospital located in Haute-Marne, we are seeking an emergency physician. Functional relationships: The emergency department team consists of three medical lines: a mobile intensive care unit (SMUR), an emergency department (SAU), and a high-risk unit (UHT). Three foreign medical graduates (FFI) complete the medical staff. The paramedical team comprises a nurse acting as head nurse, 27 registered nurses (IDE), and 12 nursing assistants (AS). The department is also accredited to host medical residents and provides them with regular training. Assignment Unit: Emergency Department Service Overview: Infrastructure: 1 adult waiting room, 1 pediatric waiting room, 1 dedicated emergency access bay, 6 examination rooms (1 pediatric), 2 resuscitation bays, 1 plaster and suture room, 1 temporary hospitalization unit (UHT) with 6 beds, adjacent to a 6-bed UPUG unit, 1 security control room. The total capacity also allows for the addition of 15 stretcher-based waiting spaces in the long-circuit corridor, as well as 15 waiting spaces in the short-circuit corridor.
