You co-construct educational projects with management and bring them to life in the field. You ensure real business monitoring and manage agile, modern educational engineering that is connected to the realities on the ground. You are an agent of change, and you implement the strategy within your HR area (recruitment, interviews, professional support). You contribute to promoting the institute through innovative projects, solid partnerships, and collective dynamics.
