Santé Staffing is recruiting for one of its clients, in the Montpellier area, a Director of Nursing (m/f) for a clinic. This is a full-time, permanent contract with daytime hours. Your responsibilities will include: - Organizing activities and coordinating human and material resources to guarantee the quality and continuity of care - Contributing to the optimal management of the facility - Participating in defining the nursing policy guidelines and leading departmental projects - Developing and updating care protocols, hygiene, safety, and health monitoring procedures, in conjunction with the relevant department heads, and ensuring their implementation - Ensuring the quality, continuity, and evaluation of care - Supervising and leading the team of nursing department managers
