Santé Staffing is looking for a nurse coordinator (m/f) in a nursing home in the Montpellier area for one of its clients. Full-time permanent contract. Your responsibilities: -Coordination of care -Assessing the care needs of residents upon admission and during their stay -Developing, updating and monitoring individualized care plans. -Coordinate with treating physicians and paramedical staff -Guarantee traceability and quality of transmissions -Team management -Supervise, lead and coordinate the care team -Manage the schedules of the care staff in conjunction with management -Identify the training and skills needs of the teams -Participate in the recruitment and integration of care staff -Participate in coordination, summary and admission meetings -Ensure reception, listening and support for residents and their loved ones -Manage stocks of care products and medical equipment -Participate in the drafting of documents -Contribute to the monitoring of the care budget in conjunction with management
