Coordinating and prescribing physician (M/F)

For one of our clients, a nursing home (EHPAD) located near Mulhouse in Alsace, we are seeking a coordinating and prescribing physician. Part of the geriatrics department, the nursing home at the Pfastatt Hospital Center accommodates 80 residents. The external evaluation conducted in September 2023 highlighted that: “The nursing home at the Pfastatt Hospital Center benefits from a remarkable collective dynamic. Sustained interdisciplinary work allows for the development of genuine collective expertise in service of the residents.” "Responsibilities of the coordinating physician in a nursing home: - Coordination of the care plan in conjunction with the medical and nursing teams - Participation in quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement of practices - Contribution to the overall geriatric care of residents. Responsibilities of the prescribing physician for residents: - Medical prescription and clinical monitoring of patients - Evaluation and adjustment of treatments according to the residents' health status"
