We are looking for one of our clients, a Clinic located in the Lagardelle sur Lèze area (31), Nurse Coordinator (M/F). Position to be filled on a permanent contract. The clinic cares for patients in the context of full-time hospitalization. Your missions: - Supervision of care teams (Nurses, AS), recruitment, skills development. - Quality of care: development of personalized care plans, monitoring of practices, continuous improvement. - Relationships and collaboration: interface between families, patients, doctors and external partners.
