As part of our partnership with a nursing home (EHPAD) of approximately 50 beds, we are seeking a healthcare assistant to join this public institution, which is currently undergoing organizational and institutional renewal. Your responsibilities will include: assisting residents with daily living activities; providing hygiene, comfort, and preventative care; contributing to maintaining residents' autonomy and well-being; and working collaboratively with the nursing and multidisciplinary team. Working conditions include: 12-hour shifts (10 hours paid); a structured schedule that is being optimized; and a human-scale facility that fosters close relationships with residents.
