Santé Staffing is recruiting for one of its clients in the Montpellier area, a healthcare assistant (m/f) for a nursing home (EHPAD). This is a full-time, permanent contract with night shifts from 8 pm to 7 am. Week 1: Wednesday - Thursday, 8 pm - 7 am. Week 2: Monday - Tuesday - Friday - Saturday - Sunday, 8 pm - 7 am. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to welcoming and informing the patient and their family - Observing the patient's health and supporting them throughout their rehabilitation towards independence - Providing hygiene and comfort care - Collecting and communicating observations to ensure continuity of care
