Our partner, a recognized nursing home in the department, is looking for a Care Assistant (M/F) on a permanent contract. The establishment specializes in welcoming and supporting elderly people with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders. The structure has several care units allowing for comprehensive, secure care that respects the dignity of residents. Integrated into a multidisciplinary team and under the responsibility of the care manager, you will actively participate in maintaining the well-being and autonomy of residents. Hygiene and comfort care, accompanying residents in daily living activities, observation, listening and transmission of information, participation in the implementation of personalized life projects, contribution to therapeutic and relational activities. Your days will be varied and the tasks assigned will be complementary.
