The position is available from 01/09/2025 but can start beforehand if necessary. Your main functions within the structure: - Ensure consultations and follow-up of internal and external patients - Ensure internal opinions for the establishment's services - Participate in the development of activity in the territory and in particular the heart failure sector - Strengthen the quality of care for cardiac patients in the emergency room - Carry out activities: ?
