Skills / Profile description: Holding a Doctorate in Pharmacy, supplemented by a DES (Diploma of Specialized Studies) in hospital pharmacy, you are registered in section H. A leading hospital in the Dordogne region has entrusted us with the recruitment of a Pharmacist (M/F) for its Inpatient Pharmacy. This is a key opportunity, combining clinical expertise in oncology with team coordination. Location: Périgueux (24) In the heart of the Périgord region, Périgueux combines a rich heritage, local dynamism, and an exceptional quality of life. Between gastronomy, nature, and cultural life, the city offers an ideal environment for combining professional commitment with personal balance. Reporting to the Pharmacy Department and working closely with the oncology department, your responsibilities will include: managing and ensuring the safety of the chemotherapy preparation unit; developing and updating treatment protocols; performing pharmaceutical analysis of prescriptions and validating preparations; monitoring activity and optimizing processes; participating in oral chemotherapy pathways; and monitoring and tracking anti-infective consumption. You will work in a structured environment equipped with specialized tools (software dedicated to oncology and pharmaceutical management). In terms of management and institutional responsibilities, you will supervise a team of pharmacy technicians and collaborate with the hospital pharmacists on cross-functional topics such as quality, risk management, and medication safety. Your role will also involve active participation in various hospital committees and boards (medication, hospital-acquired infections, health surveillance, etc.).
