A leading hospital in the Dordogne region has entrusted us with the recruitment of a Pharmacist (M/F) for its Inpatient Pharmacy. This is a key opportunity, combining clinical expertise in oncology with team coordination. Reporting to the Pharmacy Department and working closely with the oncology department, your responsibilities will include: managing and ensuring the safety of the chemotherapy preparation unit; developing and updating treatment protocols; performing pharmaceutical analysis of prescriptions and validating preparations; monitoring activity and optimizing processes; participating in oral chemotherapy pathways; and monitoring and tracking anti-infective consumption. You will work in a structured environment equipped with specialized tools (software dedicated to oncology and pharmaceutical management). In terms of management and institutional responsibilities, you will supervise a team of pharmacy technicians and collaborate with the hospital pharmacists on cross-functional topics such as quality, risk management, and medication safety. Your role will also involve active participation in various hospital committees and boards (medication, hospital-acquired infections, health surveillance, etc.).
