For one of our clients, a hospital located in Haute-Marne, we are seeking an anesthesiologist-intensivist. The intensive care team consists of 8 physicians. The department is accredited to host medical residents and regularly participates in their training. Assignment Unit: Intensive Care Unit Facility Overview: Multipurpose Intensive Care Unit 8 intensive care beds 4 step-down unit beds (2 shared with the Intensive Care Unit) Approximately 400 admissions per year Infrastructure: 4 operating rooms 2 endoscopy rooms (digestive and bronchial) 4 delivery rooms Surgical Activity: Orthopedics (upper and lower limbs) Traumatology (excluding spine) Visceral, vascular, and ENT surgery Urology, ophthalmology, and obstetrics and gynecology Digestive and bronchial endoscopies Maternity Level IIB Approximately 1,200 deliveries per year Emergency Department Approximately 27,000 visits per year Job Description: Scope of the position: Patient follow-up within the unit: rounds and follow-up visits Management of common surgical pathologies within the unit, in close collaboration with surgical specialties (ENT, visceral surgery, orthopedics, urology) Multidisciplinary patient follow-up Endocrinology, diabetology, obesity, pulmonology, gastroenterology, etc. Development and implementation of care protocols. Supervision and training of residents. Collaboration with the unit's medical teams and healthcare managers. Maintenance of the electronic medical record, in compliance with quality requirements (IPAQSS) and institutional rules. Participation in the life of the institution and on-call services.
