For our client, the Troyes Hospital Center, we are seeking an addiction specialist. You will join a dynamic and renowned addiction department, organized around two complementary units spread across two sites: A complex detoxification inpatient unit, Jean Schiffer, located at the Domaine de Nazareth site in Pont-Sainte-Marie, comprising 10 inpatient beds and 6 day hospital beds (HDJ A) dedicated to consolidating abstinence, therapeutic support, CBT, as well as assessment and development of the treatment plan. An ELSA (Local Support and Addiction Support Team) and hospital consultations are integrated within the Troyes Hospital Center (H/2 service). Key figures (2024): 185 inpatient admissions, 421 day hospitalizations, 3,702 consultations, including 1,164 medical consultations. A committed multidisciplinary team: 2 part-time hospital practitioners, a team of registered nurses (2 of whom have completed the Inter-University Diploma in Addictology), 1 advanced practice nurse (APN) currently in training, 1 nursing assistant, psychologists (CBT, art therapy, hypnosis), a dietician, a social worker, secretaries, and a healthcare manager. Your responsibilities: Provide specialized consultations several times a week (tobacco, alcohol, cannabis, eating disorders, medications, synthetic cannabinoids, etc.). Participate in the care of hospitalized patients. Contribute to group therapy sessions. Participate in prevention initiatives within the framework of the Local Addiction Support Team (ELSA). Participate in training healthcare professionals in the identification and management of addictions.
