You are known for your ability to: support and empower individuals in their professional development; demonstrate pedagogical skills and empathy; work in a multidisciplinary team; organize and supervise production activities; and adapt to the diverse profiles and needs of the individuals you support. Experience in a workshop, packaging, order preparation, or healthcare/social services environment would be an asset.
Workshop Instructor (M/F) - Permanent Contract - Right Bank of Bordeaux (33) - Start Date: October 12, 2026 - Contract Type: Permanent - Full-time On behalf of a social and healthcare association located on the right bank of Bordeaux, we are seeking a Workshop Instructor (M/F) for a permanent position. You will join an environment that aims to promote the autonomy, professional development, and social and professional integration of the individuals we support. Your responsibilities: Working with the team and the beneficiaries, your responsibilities will include: - Using work situations as a basis for skills development and professionalization. - Supporting individuals in the emergence and development of their career plans. - Implementing individual and group socio-professional activities. - Promoting the development of autonomy, skills, and self-determination of the individuals we support. - Ensure production and related activities are carried out in accordance with customer expectations: quality, specifications, deadlines, etc. - Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety instructions. - Participate and cooperate with the team on the beneficiaries' professional projects. - Develop initiatives enabling the individuals supported to make choices regarding their career path. - Adapt the work environment and situations to allow everyone to perform their work under the best conditions, taking into account the necessary physical and mental adaptations. Workshop Activities: You will be involved in activities including: - Packaging - Order preparation - Food packaging Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 8:25 am - 4:50 pm Thursday: 8:25 am - 6:00 pm Friday: 8:25 am - 12:25 pm Compensation and Benefits: Compensation according to Collective Agreement 66, determined based on professional experience. 10 additional days of vacation.
