Psychiatrist (M/F)

Santé Staffing Médical is recruiting a Psychiatrist (M/F) for a public mental health facility located in Alsace. Join an adult admission unit with approximately 30 beds. Become part of a dedicated team at the heart of a dynamic medical project. You will work within a comprehensive inpatient unit for adult patients with acute psychiatric disorders requiring specialized care, in a multidisciplinary environment renowned for the quality of its care. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting diagnostic assessments and providing psychiatric care for hospitalized patients. - Developing and adapting therapeutic strategies. - Participating in medical decisions and team meetings with the healthcare team. - Monitoring voluntary and involuntary hospitalizations. - Preparing discharge plans and coordinating care pathways with outpatient services and local partners. - Contributing to the medical and institutional development of the unit.
