Your responsibilities will include: - Providing medical follow-up for patients - Developing and coordinating personalized rehabilitation plans - Working closely with the healthcare teams and rehabilitation professionals (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, etc.) - Participating in the continuous improvement of the quality of care and the facility's medical projects.
