Division Centre-Ouest Dordogne
You must hold a State Diploma for Nursing Assistants (DEAS). Beyond the expected technical skills, this position requires a genuine interest in rehabilitation support, meticulous attention to detail in transmitting health data, and a proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. Your listening skills, natural empathy, and adaptability to different patient profiles (geriatric, post-surgical) will be key to your success at this clinic.
Specializing in the recruitment of healthcare professionals, our firm is working with a Medical and Rehabilitation Care (SMR) clinic renowned for the quality of its care. We are seeking a healthcare assistant eager to join a therapeutic project focused on restoring autonomy. Under the supervision of a registered nurse and in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists), you will provide high-quality hygiene, comfort, and preventative care. Your role is to support patients in regaining their functional abilities, while constantly respecting their limitations and pace of progress. As a key point of contact on a daily basis, you will ensure rigorous clinical monitoring and communicate the information essential for the continuity and safety of care. The facility benefits from a prime location within a natural and protected environment, offering peaceful working conditions conducive to concentration. The organization of working time is designed to guarantee optimal continuity of care while preserving regular recovery times, thanks to a controlled alternation of short (8h) and long (12h) cycles.
