As a registered nurse, you are known for your meticulousness, your listening skills, and your interpersonal abilities. You enjoy teamwork and are able to demonstrate autonomy, responsiveness, and compassion. Prior experience in the field is preferred, but applications from recent graduates are also welcome.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team and actively participate in the care and support of our patients/residents. Your main responsibilities will include: providing preventative, curative, and relational nursing care; assessing patients' health status and monitoring their progress; administering treatments and monitoring their effects; performing technical procedures according to prescriptions and current protocols; ensuring the traceability of care and maintaining patient records; collaborating with the entire multidisciplinary team; informing, supporting, and reassuring patients and their families; and participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
