We are recruiting for a private, non-profit hospital, renowned for its expertise in head and neck pathologies, a Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient service, on a permanent contract. You will join an outpatient unit welcoming adult and pediatric patients, particularly in the fields of ophthalmology, ENT, interventional neuroradiology, and neurosurgery. This position is particularly focused on welcoming, supporting, and informing patients and their families, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal relationships. On a daily basis, you will be required to: - Welcome and support patients before their hospitalization or procedure - Prepare patients for their visit to the operating room - Explain the course of their care and answer their questions - Ensure the preparation and monitoring of files - Organize and coordinate nursing care - Make pre- and post-operative calls - Ensure telephone follow-up with patients and direct requests to the relevant professionals - Verify the correct understanding of the information transmitted - Work in close collaboration with the administrative team and the medical and paramedical teams. Significant importance is placed on the quality of the reception and support of patients, particularly children and their families.
