You demonstrate attentiveness, empathy, and kindness, while maintaining rigor in your professional practice. You enjoy teamwork and know how to collaborate with various healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. You are organized, independent, and able to manage priorities calmly. Experience in a nursing home is preferred, but motivated recent graduates are also welcome. Knowledge of geriatric psychiatry would be a real asset for providing optimal support to residents. As a permanent employee, you will join a dedicated and caring multidisciplinary team. Your main daily responsibilities will include: Providing nursing care and monitoring residents' health; ensuring the quality and safety of care, in accordance with best practices; participating in the development and monitoring of personalized care plans; and collaborating closely with the care teams, doctors, and families to ensure comprehensive and personalized support. Contribute to the dynamics of the institution and the continuous improvement of the quality of care. Knowledge or experience in gerontology and/or psychiatry would be a real asset for this position, although not essential.
