Nurse (M/F)

Santé Staffing is recruiting for one of its partner facilities, a Medical and Rehabilitation Care (SMR) clinic, a State-Registered Nurse (RN) for day or night shifts, on a permanent, part-time or full-time contract. Within a human-sized structure, you will join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the continuity and quality of patient care throughout their treatment journey. The facility admits adult patients in various SMR departments, including cardiology, oncology, and general medicine. The care provided includes patients recovering from cardiac surgery, transplants, or those with impaired cardiac function, patients recovering primarily from orthopedic surgery, and patients with oncological conditions. Your responsibilities: - Ensure continuity of care and patient management during the night - Perform preventative, curative, and technical nursing care - Monitor patients' health status - Administer prescribed treatments and medications - Identify situations requiring intervention and adapt care accordingly - Ensure the necessary handovers for continuity of care - Participate in the development and monitoring of personalized care plans - Establish a relationship of trust with patients and support them with compassion - Collaborate with the entire multidisciplinary team - Participate in the facility's quality improvement initiatives. You will have access to established protocols, appropriate equipment, and training to develop your skills. Hours: Day or night. Contract: Permanent part-time or full-time position.
