We are looking for a Care Assistant (AMP or AES) (M/F) to join the team at one of our partner facilities. You are looking for a long-term commitment in a safe and secure environment, both for residents and staff, and you are passionate about supporting residents in their daily lives. You will be joining a 12-bed secure unit dedicated to resident care. You will work 12-hour shifts, including one weekend out of two. You will work in pairs and will have breaks throughout the day: 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the afternoon, and one hour for lunch. You will also benefit from numerous advantages through the Works Council (CSE).
