Geriatrician or General Practitioner (M/F) - 8-Month Fixed-Term Contract - Bordeaux Metropolitan Area - Start Date: January 11, 2027 - Contract: 8-month fixed-term contract - Full-time - Your future environment: We are recruiting a geriatrician or general practitioner (M/F) with experience working with the elderly to join a leading facility specializing in medical and rehabilitation care (SMR), particularly in geriatrics and the care of people with disabilities. You will join a 60-bed geriatric SMR inpatient unit, within a multidisciplinary medical team, and benefit from the support of numerous healthcare professionals specializing in rehabilitation. Your responsibilities: - Conduct initial medical assessments and ensure patient follow-up. - Prescribe and coordinate care adapted to each patient's health status. - Lead rehabilitation projects in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. - Participate in continuity of care and interdisciplinary collaboration. - Maintain communication with families regarding medical follow-up. - Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and risk management related to care. The proposed conditions: - 8-month fixed-term contract, as a maternity leave replacement. - Full-time, starting January 11, 2027. - Salary starting at €80,802 gross per year, to be determined based on your profile and experience. - Participation in on-call medical duties on a rotating basis with other practitioners.
