Within a nursing home renowned for its high-quality care and welcoming environment, you will join a dedicated, caring team focused on the comfort and well-being of its residents. Your responsibilities Under the supervision of the nursing management team, your main responsibilities will be: Providing prescribed nursing care within your scope of practice Ensuring the quality, safety, and continuity of care Participating in the development and monitoring of individualized care plans Monitoring the health status of residents and ensuring the traceability of procedures performed Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and personalized care Supporting residents and their families with compassion and active listening Participating in risk prevention and the continuous improvement of the quality of care. Job details Contract: 1-month fixed-term contract Full-time Day shift 12-hour shifts 10-hour workday Lunch break at 12:30 pm with the possibility of leaving the facility Additional 30-minute break in the afternoon
