We are seeking a Director of Nursing for our partner, a medical and rehabilitation facility ideally located in Montpellier. This facility provides inpatient care for medium-term stays, admitting patients who have undergone initial hospitalization (post-operative or after the acute phase of an illness). Missions and Responsibilities: The Director of Nursing position revolves around two major strategic areas: coordinating risk management and the operational management of care teams. Your primary mission will be to organize the delivery of care and related services, ensuring meticulous attention to the efficiency and quality of services provided to patients. Risk Management Coordination: As the coordinator of risk management related to care, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the risk management system. This includes in-depth analysis of serious adverse events (SAEs) and the proposal of corrective action plans. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to develop and evaluate the Risk Management Program, while fostering a genuine culture of quality within the facility.
