Are you a qualified healthcare assistant looking for a stable and long-term career within a facility where people are the top priority? Are you committed to fully investing yourself in your work and contributing daily to the well-being and comfort of residents? Your listening skills, compassion, and team spirit allow you to support individuals with care and respect, while collaborating effectively with your colleagues to ensure high-quality care. Do you value environments where solidarity, mutual support, and team cohesion are integral to daily life? If you wish to use your skills in a facility where your commitment will be truly valued and where you can thrive in a supportive and humane environment, then this opportunity is for you. We would be delighted to meet you.

We are recruiting, for a partner facility nestled in a beautiful natural setting in the heart of the Dordogne region, a Healthcare Assistant for a permanent, daytime position. This is a geriatric-focused residential care facility (SMR) accommodating around sixty patients, offering a green and peaceful working environment conducive to high-quality care. Within the facility, you will join a dedicated multidisciplinary team, with whom you will fully participate in the daily support of patients. You will work in a dynamic environment where mutual support and coordination between professionals are central to the organization of care. The daytime team consists of 5 healthcare assistants, working closely with 3 nurses during the week and 2 on weekends, to ensure continuous and safe care for the patients. The workday is structured and balanced, with shifts starting at 6:30 a.m. and ending no later than 8:15 p.m., ensuring seamless continuity of care for patients throughout the day. The work schedule is designed to maintain a healthy work-life balance, with a rotation that includes working one weekend out of two. Joining this facility means having the opportunity to thrive in a peaceful and natural environment, within a dedicated team, and to contribute daily to the quality of care and support provided to patients.
