Division Centre-Ouest Dordogne
Do you have a State Diploma in Nursing Assistance? Great. But here, we're primarily looking for someone reliable, compassionate... and with a solid work ethic. What will make the difference: You know how to truly listen, not just hear—you can build rapport, reassure, and be present in just the right way. You're caring, but not naive: you provide care through both your actions and your attitude. You're independent: working in patients' homes requires organization, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize. You enjoy teamwork, even remotely: clear communication and seamless coordination are essential. You have a driver's license: indispensable, as driving is part of the job. In short: a profession that demands both technical skills and interpersonal abilities, with a significant degree of autonomy. If you're looking for a position where you're useful, make a tangible difference, and where your presence truly matters—you've come to the right place.
We are recruiting for a home care service in a rural area: a Care Assistant on a fixed-term contract (130 hours/month). Here, there are no unrealistic promises — but a real, hands-on, useful, human, and essential job! Your daily tasks: Providing care in patients' homes; Ensuring hygiene, comfort, and preventative care; Assisting with daily activities; Participating in maintaining patients at home, with respect and dignity; Being present, attentive... and sometimes simply there when needed; Working closely with the care team. Your role truly matters: you become a point of reference in the patients' lives. Conditions: Fixed-term contract - 130 hours per month; Company vehicle provided; Rural area; Multidisciplinary teamwork; Immediate start date. Why this position? A human-sized organization (we know each other, and that makes all the difference); Real-time care with patients, not "assembly line" work; A dedicated and reliable team; A people-centered work environment.
