You hold a State Diploma in Nursing Assistance (DEAS) and wish to practice your profession in a facility where people are the top priority. Beyond your diploma, we are primarily looking for someone with the following personality: - Caring, attentive, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills. - Driven by a desire to support elderly individuals with respect, patience, and empathy. - Who enjoys teamwork and collaboration with various healthcare professionals. - Rigorous, organized, and attentive to the quality of care and the well-being of residents. - Able to build trusting relationships with residents and their families. Prior experience in a nursing home is preferred, but motivated beginners are also welcome. Knowledge of gerontology and/or psychiatry would be a significant asset.
