Caregiver (M/F)

Santé Staffing is recruiting Care Assistants (male/female) for day shifts at one of its partner facilities, a nursing home (EHPAD) located 25 minutes from the Toulouse ring road. Within this facility for elderly residents, you will join a multidisciplinary team and participate in providing care while respecting their autonomy, lifestyle, and individualized care plans. The facility places particular emphasis on compassionate care, respect, kindness, and authenticity, with the aim of offering residents high-quality care tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities: - Provide hygiene and comfort care within your scope of practice - Assist residents with daily living activities - Ensure the maintenance and development of their autonomy - Identify and address the needs and expectations of residents - Monitor their health status and alert the Registered Nurse (RN) when necessary - Provide care within your scope of practice, as delegated by nurses - Participate in the implementation and adherence to individualized care plans - Ensure the comfort, well-being, and safety of residents - Participate in oral and written handovers and ensure the traceability of care provided - Participate in activities, workshops, and the social life of residents - Participate in welcoming and supporting new residents and their families - Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the resident's immediate environment - Participate in the quality improvement process and the facility's policy of respectful care. Job details: Position: Care Assistant (M/F) Contract: Temporary Hours Daytime hours: 8:15 am - 8:00 pm or 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Occasional assignments depending on your availability.
