ON-CALL PHYSICIAN (M/F) - GENERAL MEDICINE & SMR Well-organized on-call shifts, a modern environment, and experienced teams! Several dates available from October 2026 to January 2027. On-call shifts from Friday evening to Monday morning. Advertised remuneration: €1,430 per weekend. Your work environment: Santé Staffing is looking for a physician to provide on-call services within a healthcare facility with a 25-bed general medicine ward and a 30-bed medical and rehabilitation (SMR) unit. You will work in a modern environment with recently renovated facilities, a full range of technical equipment (laboratory, radiology, CT scanner, MRI, and surgical consultations), and experienced and dynamic healthcare teams. The units treat patients with diverse profiles: post-emergency, oncology, nutrition, infectious diseases, geriatrics, orthopedic rehabilitation, and palliative care. Your responsibilities: In general medicine: - Make rounds on Saturday and Sunday mornings to see the most vulnerable patients. - Review potential admissions with the emergency physician around 11:00-11:30 AM. - Handle in-person admissions between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, except in cases of force majeure. In the SMR (Specialized Medical Rehabilitation Unit): - Provide medical follow-up for hospitalized patients. - No admissions are scheduled during the weekend, day or night. Throughout the on-call period: - Remain available 24/7 to respond to requests from the nursing teams. - Provide necessary medical opinions and prescriptions. - Rely on the emergency physicians on site for managing life-threatening emergencies at night. A significant advantage: the electronic patient record is accessible remotely, allowing you to consult records and write prescriptions from home. The proposed dates are: Friday, October 30th at 7:00 PM to Monday, November 2nd, 2026 at 9:00 AM; Friday, November 20th at 7:00 PM to Monday, November 23rd, 2026 at 9:00 AM; Thursday, December 24th at 7:00 PM to Monday, December 28th, 2026 at 9:00 AM; and Thursday, December 31st, 2026 at 7:00 PM to Monday, January 4th, 2027 at 9:00 AM. Compensation is as follows: €230 per night on call; €600 per 24-hour period on weekends and public holidays; and €1,430 per weekend on call. Interested in one or more dates?
