Experience in a healthcare facility, particularly in chemotherapy, is an asset, but all profiles will be considered! You have excellent communication skills, are pedagogical and diplomatic, while also being rigorous and organized. We are recruiting a pharmacist (M/F) for a large healthcare facility located in the heart of Périgueux. Let's begin by heading to Périgueux: the capital of the Dordogne department, a city renowned for its historic center. The region is famous for its local produce: Périgord black truffles, foie gras, walnuts, strawberries, markets, and restaurants steeped in local culinary traditions. A city on a human scale, Périgueux offers a balance between urban amenities and proximity to nature. Main responsibilities: Within the hospital's oncology department, you will be in charge of the chemotherapy reconstitution unit. You will be responsible for creating and updating chemotherapy protocols, validating prescriptions, releasing bags, and monitoring activity. You will validate prescriptions for all patients hospitalized in the medical wards. You will also conduct oral chemotherapy consultations and monitor antibiotic consumption and resistance. Software used: Chimio, ExpertSanté. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3 pharmacy technicians. You will join a team of 2 other pharmacists with whom you will share quality-related tasks. You will participate in institutional bodies: COMEDIMS, CLIN, pharmacovigilance, EOHH, etc. Annual salary according to the collective agreement, between €44,000 and €72,000.
