Your work environment: Located in Montpellier, the facility provides inpatient care for patients following hospitalization, particularly after surgery or an acute illness. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, an occupational therapist, a psychologist, and a dietician. The facility also provides palliative care for patients, with 5 designated beds. Your responsibilities: - Providing nursing care and monitoring patients - Administering treatments and adapting care according to changes in health status - Participating in the coordination and continuity of care - Ensuring the communication and traceability of care - Collaborating with the entire multidisciplinary team - Participating in the individualized therapeutic plan - Supporting patients in their rehabilitation and return to independence - Ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients
