Locum Hospital Pharmacist (M/F) - Temporary Positions - Territoire de Belfort - Bavilliers (90) A Hospital Cooperation Group (GCS) specializing in pharmacy is seeking a Locum Hospital Pharmacist (M/F) to cover a maternity leave between October 2026 and May 2027. The work schedule will be determined with the pharmacy team, based on the candidate's availability and the department's needs. A fixed part-time schedule or a schedule adapted to the team's timetable may be considered. Initial locum periods: October 12-16, 2026; October 19-23, 2026. Other periods may be offered until May 2027. It is possible to work one or more periods, depending on your availability and the department's needs. Your work environment: You will join a human-sized organization, within a team composed of 2 pharmacists and 6.5 FTE pharmacy technicians. The GCS (Groupement de Coopération Sanitaire - Healthcare Cooperation Group) provides pharmaceutical care to several healthcare and social care facilities in the region, including nursing homes (EHPAD), long-term care units (USLD), specialized care homes (MAS), and assisted living facilities (FAM), representing approximately 1,400 residents. The activity is particularly focused on medication management for the elderly, clinical pharmacy, and ensuring the safety of the medication circuit. Your responsibilities: Under the supervision of the GCS pharmacists, you will participate in the following: Preparing doses to be administered using an automated dispensing system; Pharmaceutical analysis and medication reconciliation; Dispensing medications to the facilities served; Managing and tracking controlled substances; Ensuring the safety of the medication circuit; Ensuring the quality and continuity of medication care for residents. You will work within a dynamic and collaborative team, in close contact with the medical and care teams. Working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00/5:30 pm. Your work schedule may be adjusted based on your availability and the team's planned schedule. Please note: No on-site accommodation is provided during your shifts.
