Nurse (M/F)

Are you interested in working with elderly people with cognitive impairments and in an environment where teamwork is paramount? Our facility accommodates 52 residents in a specialized psychogeriatric setting. The program is based on personalized care, with regular communication between the various professionals and close ties with families. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with a team of professionals with complementary skills: geriatrician, nurses, psychologist, psychomotor therapist, occupational therapist, art therapist, physiotherapist, and more. The service also operates in conjunction with various specialized services, including a memory clinic, a day care center, and a specialized cognitive care unit (UCC). Job Organization: Work is primarily carried out during the day, with two types of shifts depending on the needs of the service: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or 10:30 am to 9:15 pm. Weekends are scheduled on a rotating basis, one weekend on, one weekend off, with shifts from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm or from 2:00 pm to 9:15 pm. Casual attire is preferred to maintain a warm and welcoming environment for the residents. Meals are also an integral part of the care provided: you will participate in therapeutic lunch and dinner. A privileged relationship with families: Beyond daily care and support, particular attention is paid to communication with loved ones. Communication with families is an essential part of the role and allows for the development of a consistent support plan for each resident.
