Your work environment: - A 60-bed, human-scale facility - Patients admitted for extended periods, allowing for genuine on-the-job training - Support focused on comfort, quality of life, and maintaining independence - A dedicated care team available daily - Comprehensive care, combining treatment, support, and interpersonal relationships Your responsibilities: - Providing hygiene and comfort care - Assisting patients with daily living activities - Contributing to maintaining their independence and abilities - Observing patients' health status and reporting information to the team - Contributing to their comfort, safety, and well-being - Participating in providing supportive relationships to patients and their families - Working collaboratively with nurses and the entire care team
