For temporary assignments in Arles-sur-Tech, join a long-term care unit (USLD) that cares for people over 60 years of age with chronic illnesses or multiple conditions requiring continuous medical and nursing care. Your work environment: - A 60-bed, human-scale facility - Patients admitted for extended periods, allowing for close monitoring of their progress - Care related to chronic illnesses, dependency, and multiple health conditions - Continuous nursing presence and regular medical follow-up - Comprehensive care combining treatment, support, and maintaining autonomy Your responsibilities: - Providing nursing care and clinical monitoring of patients - Performing technical procedures and administering prescribed treatments - Participating in maintaining abilities and preventing loss of autonomy - Ensuring continuity and traceability of care - Participating in the patient's life plan and individualized follow-up - Working collaboratively with the entire healthcare team - Supporting patients and their families with attentive listening and compassion
