Your role will involve providing highly precise technical care, ensuring careful monitoring of vital signs, IV fluids, and nutrition, while working closely with the department's medical and paramedical teams. Beyond the advanced technical aspects of care, this position places a strong emphasis on the human element. You will play a vital role in listening to, reassuring, and supporting parents, who are often faced with their child's hospitalization, while guaranteeing strict adherence to the facility's care and hygiene protocols.
