We are recruiting, for our partner facility, a qualified healthcare assistant on a one-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal. Work environment: - Nursing home accommodating 76 residents - facility undergoing modernization - stable nursing team, composed of a head nurse, a lead nurse, and a coordinating physician very involved in the life of the facility. Organization: - 12-hour shifts (10 hours paid) - very few personal care tasks performed in pairs - fixed schedule allowing for good visibility of your work plan. Example schedule: Week 1: Tuesday-Wednesday-Saturday and Sunday / Week 2: Monday-Thursday and Friday
