We are recruiting a Physiotherapist to join the geriatric inpatient unit of a human-scale healthcare facility, renowned for the quality of its care. You will be joining a team where rehabilitation is part of a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach, with dedicated teams working closely together to support patients in maintaining or regaining their independence. Here, the organization is designed to allow you to practice your profession in optimal conditions, with time devoted to each patient and a true team spirit. What you will appreciate: Geriatric inpatient unit accommodating approximately 24 patients; Modern technical facilities directly on site; Multidisciplinary medical and paramedical team; Fixed hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm; Attractive salary based on your profile. Your main responsibilities: Assess patients' motor and functional abilities; Develop individualized rehabilitation programs based on their needs and goals. Conduct rehabilitation sessions using appropriate techniques and equipment. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Participate in staff meetings, departmental meetings, and clinical discussions to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Collaborate daily with all healthcare professionals to support patients throughout their treatment journey.
