Are you a caregiver, nursing assistant, or care assistant looking for assignments where you can truly spend time with residents? We offer temporary positions in a nursing home located in the heart of a village in the Hérault region, in a peaceful setting with a vibrant community life and a dedicated team. This is a small, intimate facility (approximately 65 residents) with a secure unit for people with cognitive impairments. The atmosphere is friendly, communication is easy, and care is centered on respect and dignity for all residents. What you'll love: long, but well-organized days; time to do things properly; a supportive and caring team; a pleasant setting with a garden, terrace, and living spaces; and genuine interaction with the residents. The position: regular shifts; 10-hour shifts (12-hour shifts); daily support for residents. Your responsibilities (the essentials): assisting residents with daily living activities; providing hygiene and comfort care; contributing to their well-being and maintaining their independence; observing and reporting information to the team; and contributing to a humane and respectful approach to care.
