Are you a healthcare assistant available to start immediately? We offer temporary assignments within a small, welcoming facility committed to respectful and individualized care. Located in a peaceful, natural setting, the facility welcomes a diverse population and places people at the heart of its approach. The facility comprises: - Nursing Home (EHPAD): 33 residents - Protected Unit (Alzheimer's and related conditions): 30 beds - Specialized Unit for Elderly People with Disabilities (EEPA): 15 beds. A diverse structure with a wealth of support options and an approach centered on individual needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting residents with daily living activities - Providing hygiene and comfort care - Maintaining and stimulating motor, cognitive, and social skills - Participating in the development of personalized care plans - Fostering social connection and well-being - Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team - Communicating information to ensure continuity of care
