Today, we are assisting a renowned Medical Care and Rehabilitation facility in recruiting a General Practitioner or Geriatrician (M/F) to strengthen its medical team. This is a long-term medical practice. Here, care goes beyond simply treating the illness. You will support patients in their recovery, rehabilitation, and return to independence, within a structure that places care coordination and teamwork at the heart of its operations. The facility offers several complementary areas of expertise: - Geriatrics - Cardiorespiratory rehabilitation - Onco-rehabilitation - Palliative care. The facility benefits from a comprehensive rehabilitation platform and an organizational structure that fosters daily communication among healthcare professionals. * Your role: - Provide medical follow-up for patients. - Conduct clinical assessments and initial evaluations. - Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans. - Participate in the organization of admissions and the continuity of care pathways. - Collaborate closely with the paramedical and rehabilitation teams. - Participate in consultation meetings and the facility's medical projects. - Contribute to the quality and safety of patient care. You will work within a coordinated medicine framework where decisions are made collectively for the benefit of the patient. A dedicated multidisciplinary team composed of general practitioners, geriatricians, and specialists will be involved in rehabilitation pathways. Alongside you will be: Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Adapted Physical Activity Instructors, Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Neuropsychologists, Dietitians, Social Workers, and a dedicated medical secretary. The conditions offered include: - Permanent salaried contract with managerial status - 30 days of paid leave - 10 RTT days (reduced working time days) - On-call duties shared among several practitioners - Support for training and professional development - Profit-sharing - Company health insurance partially covered by the employer
