Reporting to the Pharmacy Department and working closely with the oncology department, your responsibilities will include: - Managing and ensuring the safety of the chemotherapy preparation unit - Developing and updating treatment protocols - Pharmaceutical analysis of prescriptions and validation of preparations - Activity monitoring and process optimization - Involvement in oral chemotherapy pathways - Monitoring and tracking anti-infective consumption. You will work in a structured environment equipped with specialized tools (software dedicated to oncology and pharmaceutical management). Managerial and institutional responsibilities: - You will supervise a team of pharmacy technicians and collaborate with the hospital pharmacists on cross-functional topics such as quality, risk management, and medication safety.
