Holding a Doctorate in Pharmacy, supplemented by a DES (Diploma of Specialized Studies) in hospital pharmacy, you are registered in section H. Prior experience in a healthcare facility is expected; experience in oncology or chemotherapy preparation would be a significant asset. We also consider candidates with substantial experience in a hospital pharmacy (minimum 2 years of full-time work). A leading hospital in the Dordogne region has entrusted us with the recruitment of a future pharmacist to join their in-house pharmacy team. This is a key opportunity, combining clinical expertise in oncology with team coordination. Reporting to the Pharmacy Department and working closely with the oncology department, your responsibilities will include: - Managing and ensuring the safety of the chemotherapy preparation unit - Developing and updating treatment protocols - Pharmaceutical analysis of prescriptions and validation of preparations - Activity monitoring and process optimization - Involvement in oral chemotherapy pathways - Monitoring and tracking anti-infective consumption. You will work in a structured environment equipped with specialized tools (software dedicated to oncology and pharmaceutical management). Managerial and institutional responsibilities: - You will supervise a team of pharmacy technicians and collaborate with the hospital pharmacists on cross-functional topics such as quality, risk management, and medication safety. Your role will also involve active participation in the various committees and bodies within the institution (medication, hospital-acquired infections, health surveillance, etc.).
