Minimum qualification: CAFERIUS, DEIS, Master's degree in management of social and medico-social establishments. Essential knowledge of the operation of a residential care facility. Experience in the medico-social sector, ideally working with individuals with disabilities and/or multiple disabilities. Rigor, sense of responsibility, and commitment.
We are recruiting a full-time Residential Service Manager for our client, a Motor Education Institute (IEM) supporting children and adolescents with disabilities/multiple disabilities. Reporting to the management, the Service Manager is responsible for the organization, management, and coordination of the educational and medical-social activities of the residential facility. In this role, you will: - Supervise and lead the residential educational teams - Ensure the quality of support provided to children, respecting their specific needs - Ensure the smooth operation of the residential facility - Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized support plans - Ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards, and regulations - Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.
