Santé Staffing Médical is recruiting for one of its clients, a modern and dynamic SMR (Medical and Rehabilitation Service) facility, a physician (M/F) on a permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible. * The Position You will join a structured medical team and actively participate in the care of inpatients and day patients: - Medical monitoring (geriatrics, general medicine, pulmonology, oncology, addiction medicine) - Pre-admission assessment and coordination of care pathways - Participation in committees and medical life - Supervision of a resident * Working Conditions - 1 physician for 15 patients - Growing team + presence of an Advanced Practice Nurse - Shared on-call duties (8 physicians) - Full-time or part-time - 39 hours or fixed rate + RTT (Reduced Working Time) * Compensation & Benefits - Starting at €96,000 gross/year + bonuses (profit-sharing, performance-based, on-call) - 20 RTT days/year - Health insurance, Works Council, training, on-site catering - Parking + electric vehicle charging stations * Interested?
