Hospital Pharmacist (M/F)

For one of our clients, a hospital located near Mulhouse, we are currently seeking a hospital pharmacist registered in section H to strengthen the pharmacy team. The recruited pharmacist will join a multidisciplinary team and actively participate in ensuring the safety and optimization of patient medication management. Your main responsibilities will include: - Pharmaceutical validation of medical prescriptions - Management, safety, and proper use of the medication circuit - Participation in quality and patient safety committees and initiatives - Close collaboration with medical and nursing teams - Contribution to pharmacovigilance and risk management
