This opportunity is for you in the Pontoise area (accessible less than an hour from Paris by RER). * The facility: We are recruiting for a Specialized Residential Home (MAS) that welcomes young adults with neurodevelopmental disorders (including autism spectrum disorders) associated with intellectual, motor, and/or sensory impairments. The facility offers comprehensive, individualized support centered on the needs of each resident: medical and paramedical care, educational support, adapted activities, and support for personal development. With a capacity of nearly 50 places and a multidisciplinary team of around 40 professionals, the facility offers a collaborative and stable work environment deeply committed to quality care. Period: - From March 31, 2026 to April 24, 2026 inclusive (possibly renewable) * Working conditions: - Monday to Friday - Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm - No on-call duty * Your responsibilities: - Provide medical monitoring of residents - Coordinate care with the paramedical and educational team - Participate in the development and monitoring of individualized care plans - Ensure the comfort and quality of life of residents * Conditions: - Remuneration: €540 net/day - Supportive and rewarding work environment - Stable and committed team
