Santé Staffing is recruiting for one of its clients in the Montpellier area, a Registered Nurse (RN) for a clinic in the medical ward. This is a full-time, permanent contract with night shifts. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and providing care according to the patient's individualized care plan - Monitoring patients' clinical condition - Participating in the continuous improvement of the quality and safety of care - Identifying emergency situations and responding appropriately - Preparing weekly treatments for patients and managing medication flow - Ensuring follow-up with medical escorts and maintaining medical records - Recognizing and managing emergency situations
