This is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent, full-time position. Day shift. Your responsibilities will include: - Preventing loss of autonomy - Helping residents maintain or regain some or all of their remaining autonomy - Supporting elderly residents in their future - Preventing accidents - Relieving suffering - Maintaining family and social connections - Communicating information both verbally and in writing to ensure continuity of care - Working collaboratively with the nursing and medical team
