For one of our clients, a hospital located near Mulhouse, we are seeking a physician specializing in Medical and Rehabilitation Care (SMR). The hospital's SMR unit has 25 beds and is looking for a general practitioner or geriatrician to participate in admissions management and the overall care of patients. Your main responsibilities will include: • Providing daily reception and clinical monitoring of patients hospitalized in the unit • Participating in admissions management and the organization of care pathways • Coordinating patient rehabilitation in collaboration with the SMR service's paramedical professionals • Providing palliative and end-of-life care, if necessary, in conjunction with the hospital's mobile palliative care team • Participating in quality improvement initiatives, including continuing professional development (CPD) programs, annual audits, and monitoring of key performance indicators Contribute to the continuing education and awareness of healthcare teams regarding pathologies and the care of patients admitted? Participate in the continuity of care through on-call duty in the healthcare sector. Profile sought: General practitioner or geriatrician, registered or eligible for registration with the French Medical Council, with a strong interest in rehabilitation and multidisciplinary teamwork.
